A.D. Laws

A.D. Laws

Craft over commodity. Quality over quantity. Whiskey above all.®. If they had to add a fourth (and they do…) it would be “There are no shortcuts”. These principles appear on the walls of their distillery. They guide every decision that they make. Just as important as their commitment to making the best whiskey, is their commitment to their customers. They believe, and are founded in, transparency, integrity, and honesty. If you can’t trust them how can you trust what’s in the bottle? They are an integrity-based distillery providing ethically-made high quality whiskey.
The distillery, located in Denver, Colorado, is where they mill their grains, combine them and cook them to create an incredibly complex sour mash. Here the mash is open-air fermented for four days. They then distill it in a custom-made four plate pot/column still. From there the whiskey makes its way to full sized American White Oak barrels, where it’s aged a minimum of two years.

Ron Rubin Winery

Ron Rubin Winery

Located on a 10-acre vineyard in Green Valley, a sub-appellation of Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, Ron Rubin Winery is committed to producing exceptional wines. Their wines are sourced from both estate-owned and local family-owned vineyards to bring you a beautiful experience that expresses the unique character of the varietals, vineyards, and people behind the wines.
Quality has always been a top priority in their wines and vineyards. Their dedicated winemaking team, led by winemaker Joe Freeman, carries out this tradition with a winemaking philosophy that offers a balance of passion and precision. Joe’s approach has spearheaded their commitment to delivering the highest quality of wines at a great value. The fruit in Green Valley ripens slowly, which produces wines with lower alcohol and more evenly balanced acidity, a hallmark for perfect, food friendly wines. For their wines, they wanted the best that nature has to offer as a great base, and that base for them is Goldridge soil. Their Pinot Noir has all of the ingredients it needs to allow their viticultural and winemaking teams to be crafting world-class wines.

Cihuatan

Cihuatan

Cihuatan is proud to be pioneers in the handcrafting of rum, hailing from one of the smallest countries in America: El Salvador. Cihuatán’s story begins in one of its valleys, where the ancient Mayan city of Cihuatán remains undiscovered. To this day, this city lies buried with most of its secrets and history. Legend has it that a Goddess came to Cihuatán many centuries ago, and bestowed its lands with riches and fertility. She then went to sleep on the valley to always look after its crops. Her spirit still watches over our sugarcane fields, remaining in the shape of the Guazapa Mountain. Their rum is named after this legend: in Nahuat “Cihuatán” means “the land beside the sleeping woman”.
Ron Cihuatán 8 Years is ready to be discovered. It is made 100% by Salvadoran hands from sugarcane cultivated deep within the still unknown Cihuatán Valley. Its amber color comes from the volcanic heart of the Sleeping Woman, next to which their sugarcane grows. For the 12 year old rum, they have waited over a decade to handcraft one of the best aged rums, not only in El Salvador, but in the world. Ron Cihuatán 12 Years represents their commitment to craft and quality.
